So well in fact my personal life has taken over my time to blog – however I’m back, refreshed and … out to get somebody!

Rock Star Busch-Y Boy took it to a whole new level and smashed his guitar trophy after his win at Nashville… okay there are two ways to look at this:

ONE: Kyle was feelin’ the moment – reveling in is win and did a badass rendition of “I’m cool.”  The funny part is, he’ll probably hang the broken guitar with love on his wall. 

TWO: Most of the Anti-Kyle people will tell you that he’s rude, destructive, arrogant, etc… but those guys are just jealous because they always wanted to be a star!!

Sounds like house arrest! Okay a week ago NASCAR announced that THEY would announce a group (they’ve dubbed as the “NASCAR Citizen Journalists Media Corps.”) of the top ten independent NASCAR-related Web sites to join.  Something tells us that we wont be on this list – for two reasons:

ONE – our site is new! J they don’t even know that we exsist!!

TWO – I’ve said some not so nice things about NASCAR playing God…

Both are true, but it leaves you hanging somewhere saying – WELL I WANNA PLAY!  Okay I am jealous this people will get pit passes, media passes – lots of access and well – it’s like a DREAM JOB.

BUT on the other hand – does this mean that you are MORE under their thumb than ever – can you still post and say “NASCAR screwed up” or do you have to be NASCAR approved politically correct…??

I'm Not Listening

“I’m getting old” is what Jeff Gordon had to say when he was asked what his deal was – hey at least he finally won one this year!  Gordon has been plagued with back problems and his endeavor to fix it “…doesn’t (get better) overnight or just flip a switch…” Jeff says:

“It’s just gradually getting used to the stuff going on in the car and getting stronger and getting better. I try to get in some stuff with my doctors when I’m at home that’s a little more intense than that, and then training as well. Being a dad too – all those are great training.”

Hey packing your kids around can make you strong – but if your really don’t want it to get better –just get surgery – but it looks like Jeff knows better he states:

“Surgery really hasn’t been an option, looking at my condition. And the option of surgery is really too invasive. I don’t necessarily think it’s necessary. I might do another treatment of what I did a couple weeks ago. We have to wait four to six weeks. They say the second treatment you usually have a lot better results than the first one.”

Personally I love the redundancy “I don’t necessarily think it’s necessary” … ME EITHER!! J
